Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I've always wondered (maybe it's a stupid question) but seeing as there are so many different brands of Sliotar approved by the GAA do they themselves have a particular brand of Sliotar which is used in All Ireland Championship games? If anyone could shed any little on this for me it would be great! Thanks in advance.

O'Neills is the official supplier of the all-ireland championship, but often goalkeepers will have a bag of sliothars in the goal, which would the brand that that particular county uses, which is why you might see different brands in the same match.

Thanks for the reply mclovin442. One more quick question I have an O'Neills All Ireland sliotar signed by Henry Shefflin and was wondering if it is rare/valuable or just a great piece signed by a hurling legend.

General rule of thumb is if the sports person is still alive the signature isn't worth much. If it's a ball that was used in an All Ireland Final I'd be getting some kind of providence to say so, might make it worth a bit more.
