    Well, I'm back. It's not sciatica, it's inflammation of my sacroiliac joint, i.e. where the bottom of my spine meets my pelvis. Got Difene gel and Difene capsules. She also said I'd benefit from some physio or deep tissue massage.

    Glad I went now. :)
