I think Sacrolitis is something that goes with rest and phsyical therapy though. So it will not be forever. I know you are not comfortable now. But maybe it will help ease your mind to know it can get totally better {:-)

aw its my favourite temperature its just, up to today there was some crazy air-condition in the class that pumped the temperature up to 30 degrees inside it was hard to stand so today i decided id be "smart" and id dress verrrrry lightly and also brought nothin else with me - and the aircondition did the opposite for the first time lol

Irk means annoy or irritate .

I already know quite a bit about the subject and even know a lot about the vegan lifestyle . So have a grounded opinion on it.

Let's change the subject as you seem lovely and I don't want to be irksome( annoying)
