    im having exactly now that beer i bought few days ago, after 12 yrs it is so :)
    its not too bad lol

    that's nice, i love number 8 and number 17 from some reason, they are special numbers to me :) have reflection in my life numbers too

    and yes writer is good perhaps it reminds you, that's why i placed that sticker in my signature to remind me of where id like to go every time im on boards - and that's load of times :)

    movie is assault o wall street, not great but okay ill watch till the end :)

    awp paws that sounds perfect i almost envy you :( cs my "physio" was almost talking all the time and then only showed me one or two strechtes, thats all i got in exchange for about 3 x 75 euro.. (3 x 45 mins sessions :()

    glad you had that kind of treatment, massages are the best and i presume electro can do miracles..

    btw i went to this one http://www.thephysiocompany.com/clinic/temple-bar/ and no i wouldn't recommend :(

    That's just outrageous!!! My session was an hour long and it only cost €45! I hope you get sorted out soon. :)

    Couple of parts of the massage was sore but it was great. Electrotherapy is a very weird sensation. Basically he put acupuncture type needles into my lower back muscles and stimulated them with small electric shocks for around 20 minutes. I found it great.
