    Couple of parts of the massage was sore but it was great. Electrotherapy is a very weird sensation. Basically he put acupuncture type needles into my lower back muscles and stimulated them with small electric shocks for around 20 minutes. I found it great.

    sounds great to me.. hope it will really help you sort you out :)

    i mnot sure im gona be better any time soon but well, i hope to get well once in some time, eventually :)

    ps. i now officially finished my first beer in 12 yrs
    it feels weird :D

    I might need to go back but I feel great. I really do need to be more careful with how I lift things while I'm at work tbh so I'll work on that.

    as per what you've described id certainly go couple of times, like once a week if you can..
    is there a way for you NOT to lift ANYTHING for a couple of weeks?

    well it was a 1/2 liter can so fireworks seem appropriate :D

    Yeah I think I will go next week sometime too and see after that.. Nah not really tbh, it's a large part of my job.. :o

    @ writer lady - nah.. he was in his 50's.. I know I go for slightly older guys but that'd be pushing it. :p

    i have it in my horoskope that id fall in love with much older man and thatll be my second (and last marriage) :D
