    This really suc*s.. And all they say is
    Oh, we are aware of the issue, our engineers are workin on it at the moment blah blah....
    :(
    I think this is about third time in the last three months for this to happen
    And its for about 8 hours already at this stage..
    Luckily I have my phone but.....
    I need access to dropbox and moodle etc:(

    And here was me thinking that UPC had a good enough customer service and repair team..well when I ever I had a problem they went out of their way for me :o Hopefully it won't be too long more :o If you're anything like me you'd be cracking up without the internet!

    Yes you'd presume so ..
    Btw its also I was paying for internet of 200mb
    but it's always of about 90 or even less
    and I have 1gb card..
    So few weeks ago i switched to 120
    and believe it or not max speed I'm getting now is about 40mb
    Not on Wi-Fi but on my physically connected desktop..
    So yeah. They are not anymore doing what it says on the tin.:(
