    Keep at him about it, tell him you don't appreciate him lying to you, that you have someone new moving in who thinks this is a smoke free house and you need him to stop, tell him to go outside and smoke if he wants too or if you have a balcony? maybe you could ask him to smoke out there? not great advice I know :o

    yea i tried that

    problem is he every time agrees
    but then do as he pleases

    it was in my ad that the room is for non smoker

    he told me he s not smoking but
    he had an e cigar recharging next to his bed
    i didnt know he is smoking till i saw him once outside
    so i thought hes smoking outside only and it was okay with me i mean i do not care what hes doing outside really
    but he was preparing his exam for few weeks didnt work and that is when it started
    i guess he did it once
    and then he just crossed the line
    and yes he lied about it
    like oh yes he is surprised too that lately he feels smoke in the room
    he played dumb one
    he also then hid the e cigarette perhaps he thought i dont know about it

    but then i thought okay i told him so he will stop it
    but nope

    i told him second time
    and scenario is repeating

    just makes me sick :(

    Ah jesus that's very annoying, all you can do is just say it to him again, keep at him, maybe say something like your moving out soon, please respect my wishes and don't smoke in the house,you knew I didn't want a smoker it was in the ad, or maybe you could have a word with landlord ? (unless of course you own the apartment?)

    no landlord has nothing to do with him cause they are dealing with me only..

    yea i'll tell him one more time so and see what happens...

    was thinkin of that but since hes gone on 2nd november it seems ridiculous in a way..
    besides tat i need the rent money for that month.. :(

    aw i ha*e this situation.. only condolences is that it will be over soon..

    Annoyed at that journey. Weird old guy sat in front of me, kept trying to push his seat back, despite it being back as far as it could go, and smacking it into my knees. I asked him to stop, but he carried on. I ended up moving, cause on top of everything he smelled rather unpleasant.

    OMG OMG OMG OMG

    I love cats.

    As soon as I can post images I have lots of them. My cousin just got main coon kitties. I want to get a kitty by the end of the year. Saving for the one I want I may have to just adopt a stray too }:-D just to be charitable like :-D

    Main coons are so lovely and ragdolls I love the personalities of the different breeds. Ragdolls are very docile and are total laptcats and main coons are not really.

    I adore cats seriously it's shameless!

    I love cats like russian blue etc. but you have to get the right breed for you. Or just get a moggy...as I say i might have to do both... :-D

    We have had three lovely boys Ginger Pablo and Tiger. Ginger got run over and Pablo contracted feline aids Tiger died of old age really. All boys...never had a girl. Our cats have all been moggys but I guess we feed them well as they all turned out quite large and well built not fat or chubby but biggish.
