    Yep, it's pretty advanced. I don't really want to remember her like this but I feel I can't stay away even though she doesn't know me.

    My nana had it too,very hard to watch her deteriorate slowly over the years :(,I know its hard and upsetting paws but spend as much time as you can with her.

    It is. She has it so long that I forget what she was like before. Now she's a frail old lady that seems to be so upset all the time. She never smiles. :(

    You're right though. It's hard to watch but I think I'll regret it if I don't visit.
