    Hi Captain Morgan,

    Thank you for your post, sorry to read that you've decided to switch from Electric Ireland. You should be able to follow the switching process as normal, once your switch has been completed you will receive a final bill from us up to the meter reading you've provided to Energia. 

    To switch, you must provide an up to date meter reading, so if the switch hasn't yet be processed then you won't be able to use the meter reading you provided last Monday. If you take a new reading today and contact them with it then that should be fine. We'll correct the amount outstanding on your account once we receive the request from your new supplier.
