Top Up on Mortgage

    Hi
    We have a mortgage with ICS now moved to BOI.
    We are looking to get a top up on it to cover 2 credit union loans and 2 credit cards.
    Is this possible.

    Would I be better off trying to get a personal loan to cover them ??
    Do BoI give out a personal loan covering a credit union loan
    I will contact local branch anyway
    Would you be able to get me a direct no for the Little Island branch.
