    I am now getting the following error:

    ST_PBO error '800a005b'
    Object variable or With block variable not set
    /omm/loginaction.asp, line 244


    Do I have to reset my password to fix it?

    I contacted BOI via the website weeks ago reporting this issue. Should I be so arrogant as to expect a reply sometime this year?
