Hey, Would anyone know a good recipe for Rad Na? It's a Thai dish. I had it last weekend and it ws amazing. It usually has pork, but I'm living in a Muslim country and pork is hard to come by, so a recipe for Rad Na with chicken or beef would be perfect. Thanks in advance.
