got a letter today that said I may have been victim of fraud

    The letter I got was dear customer you may have been victim of fraud on your Visa debit account- what's this all about? Have BOI sent this letter out to others?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    Our card security team can send these letters out if there is suspected fraud on your account. Does the letter ask you to call a certain phone number?
