    Hi,

    Can I PM my details to a rep, I am having a problem with my account and it is having legal implication for me. I have tried letters and calling accounts but nobody there knows anything about this issue.

    Is there any update?

    I got a voicemail while in work today from someone in EI who says he is working on the case. thanks again.
