forgot Immi account name

    Can't remember my username and when I click forgot and it says it's sent to my email it never appears in the inbox or junk.

    If I create a 2nd account can I apply for my 2nd year visa using it ?

    Just phone immi (be prepared for a long wait to get speaking to someone). Don't set up a new account
