Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

probably a simple thing but it's nice to see a manager acknowledge he doesn't have the personnel available to play the tactic he wants and changes accordingly, instead of trying to shoehorn players into his preferred formation

Van gaal just confirmed he is playing 4 at the back

5-0 Utd. They will piss this easily. QPR are really poor and looking at their defence and attack they won't offer anything tbh. Looking forward to seeing Falcao later on. I hope he flops but he won't. A seriously heavy duty player. On form top three striker in the world.

OMG I just saw Falcao kick a ball in old Trafford and he was in united gear, the rumours are true!!

can't get over how much Falcao looks like a skinny Tevez

Inter Milan are winning 7-0, sets a precedent we must emulate.

I put 3 euro on 7-0 in my excitement earlier so I definitely hope so. 150/1

The bad thing is that this team is playing a different formation and tactics to what is being used in training I'd imagine?

I'd say the players are still way more familiar with the back 4 system they've played all there life than the back 3 off the last 10 weeks!

omg I just want to hug falcao

I swear im not a 13 year old girl

Geoff Shreeves is such a sycophant

Falcao acting like someone off one of them transformation shows when being shown the dressing rooms.

"Oh my god it is amazing "

Geoff Shreeves makes me want to vomit.

He recognised Nicky Butt! He knew who Phil Neville was! I shouldn't be surprised by this at all but I'm loving him anyway.

    Sandro plays for QPR?

A few seasons ago I would have happily taken him at United

This interview with Falcao is like asking a 5 year old child how he likes his first day at school.

    Awful stuff.

    0-1. Come on QPR !

Can't remember the last time I was this excited about a United match.

I actually completely forgot about Blind too, can't wait to see how we perform

Was that interview with Falcao done by Kent Brockman.

With all the Falcao buzz it's still mad to think bloody Angel Di Maria is about to make his OT debut for the club.

What has happened to United in the last month? Everything is so vibrant and exciting

Oh, how I love Daley's Blind hair. Looks so soft

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,906 ✭✭✭✭PhlegmyMoses

Hoping for a good performance but 4 new players in. Defence could be a bit ropey as well.

United should have just about too much but might be some teething issues. 2-1 United

Feels good to have a team

Falcao would be useful for these corners. How come Blackett never goes up for them?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 54,652 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

We are playing good stuff so far

It's quite damning on Fletcher and Cleverley just how big a difference Blind's positioning, pressing and passing is making already.

    hilarious.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Need to start getting some real chances going with all of this possession

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,755 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

The best 10 minutes of play by United this season so far.

Jon Champion: There's always appetite when Rooney is involved.

    :pac:

    We lost possession, LVG out.

Really like the look of this team with four at the back and Blind playing just in front of the back four... Good stuff so far.
