So I would like to source a skateboard each for dare I say it- Christmas. reckon second hand would be my best option as I could get two good ones. So what do I look out for. Brabds, sizing...…

Hi all. I know nothing about skateboards but my partner used to be big into it. Our son who is 8 shows great interest in it. So I would like to source a skateboard each for dare I say it- Christmas. reckon second hand would be my best option as I could get two good ones. So what do I look out for. Brabds, sizing... basically I need a beginners guide to buying. Can anyone help.
