    Whats regulation in the city. What. An you burn legally in these.

    suppose you could burn wood pellets in em or smokeless coal

    I don't think you can burn your stuff outside legally. If you're buying a chimnea you need to put sand in the base or it will crack. I have one 8 years now and I've used it 3 times for outside heat.
