cant post videos from my phone?

    You can. Its the same as photos. You need to upload it to a site like YouTube or vimeo or some such site and then link it.

    I just press attach file and it comes up that i dont have permission

    Is it one of the following file types?

    bmp
    doc
    docx
    gif
    gpx
    jpe
    jpeg
    jpg
    kmz
    pdf
    png
    psd
    sc2replay
    txt
    xls
    xlsx
    zip

    If not, it probably won't be supported.

    I duno . All it says is mp4

    mp4 isn't in the list above, therefore..
