Logged A Fault Over Two Weeks Ago

    I logged a fault (phone line dead) at the end of August and have not follow up since. Is this normal? To be left without a phone for over two weeks?

    I can't even trace it online as the fault doesn't show on my online account despite you having a record of it being logged.
