Disconnecting from XBox Live - UPC

Hi guys, I joined UPC about a month ago and have been having problems when playing Call of Duty on my 360.

I find matches easy as pie, I'd get maybe 2 - 3 minutes into a match then I get disconnected from XBox Live completely & sign back in 2 minutes later & it happens again.

Fifa, Titanfall & FarCry are all fine online & I've yet to have a disconnection but with COD it's constant. My NAT type is OPEN and I'm playing through a wired connection - the modem is a technicolor tc7200 I think.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Wel if its league play you play then you could be getting booted offline by other players. Happens me every night on bo2

No it's just regular lobbies, I'm getting disconnected completely from XBox Live everytime. Very frustrating

Not too sure so why its happening. You should contact upc , they might do something for you.

Was having crazy problems last night with destiny on UPC

Either party chat would disconnect midways through a mission
In game chat was breaking up constantly
Or getting disconnected from fireteam missions
very very frustrating

I'm fine on bf4, only the odd time I get disconnected from it.
Most likely it's the server's.
Still early days, and also lots
Of people are having the same problems.

Any one on UPC got an output of their detailed stats?

I should be on 200mb UPC (speed test gives about 125+)

Xbox is connected directly to the router

However when I look at the xbox settings
Detailed network Stats

Download speed 41.35
Upload speed 10.24

Packet loss (0%)
MTU 1480

Latency 175ms (I have heard this is ok as they test with a connection back to seattle)

Any other boards folk on UPC have similar??

Playing arma 3 last night, server list wouldn't show up. Had the PC hardwired. Noticing today that the WiFi keeps dropping on my phone.

Seriously peed off.

Yea I'm with Upc, but using wifi, but my ping is 151.
I'm on 120mb.
Besides the ping, you're stats are fine.

Another question NAT is open etc

However when I goto test multiplayer connection it fails immediately with
Unable to finish multiplayer test
Back up and try the test again. if it does not work, there maybe a problem with your network (0x700)

Searching for 0x700 doesnt indicate a whole lot

Also I am on a separate modem to the horizon box (I couldnt take the horizon pain previously so I went for the separate modem
