Does anyone drive to college in Dublin?

If so, coming from Meath to the royal college of surgeons car park, if I have to be there for 8.45 what's the best time To leave my house and be town for to beat huge traffic delays.. Don't mind traffic but don't wanna be stuck for hours! Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
