Hi, I am in the process of buying a holiday home in Kerry and I am considering letting it out for the summer months and beyond if possible. My Question is, What can I expect to spend, roughly, on Public Liability Insurance for this house. The house is valued at approximately €150,000. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
