Online shoe store/free returns

There is total lack of kids shoe stores where I live and I'd love to look online for shoes. But my 2 1/2 yr old has quite wide feet with a high instep and shoes really need to be tried on. So does anyone know any online stores I can get kids shoes that hopefully has a free returns policy?? Thanks
