Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do they all not realise that to get a job these days, it's not what you know, it's who you know. Simples!

I really don't agree, I am looking to hire someone at the moment. The last people I would consider would be someone that I knew. If it didn't work out you might end up losing a friend. Because you know someone, does Not mean that they can do the job. If your hiring for your own business the person who you hire would need to tick more boxes than just knowing them, or someone else.

The thing about showcasing oneself on Jobsbridge is that employers can also see how incompetent somebody might be

    Is he a teacher?

I don't think he is, seems a wee bit slow, though he could be just nervous which is fair enough.

Agreed, quite chilling when they bring accident victims in. Sadly, it will probably be as ineffective as other campaigns.
