Because you're the host show, that's why it's being characterised like that.

Ooooh low dig at the unions there, Joe took the ad break, to pop back a few tabs!!!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 27,833 ✭✭✭✭ThisRegard

Joe skips right over the criticising of unions. He allows nonsense to be spouted about everyone and everything any other time.

    Dear DSPA,
I leave my house, car and worldly goods to Floppy, my rabbit, in the sure knowledge he'll make good use of them.

In the US some jobs only give 6 weeks maternity leave. Lady stay in the US, hope you get gun control and danger money if you are teaching in a public school over there.

As was said yesterday, teaching jobs have nothing to do with education of children. Its all about teachers careers.::mad:

I actually meant to ask on Pat O'Mahony previously - is he the same Pat O'Mahony who used to host "Head to Toe" when it first aired on RTE?

Caugh the last 10 minutes of the show in the car today. Teachers/Jobbridge & the dead chap in the Uk who everyone assumes wants to be buried in Ireland.

Take it the first 65 minutes was all teachers/jobbridge and I didnt miss any thing of a topical nature that actually affects people

First half hour was Joe getting in a snot because not everyone was agreeing with him and the manager of the International Bar about how it's a disgrace that the council are removing illegal street furniture. Joe at his stroppiest.

Performance is measured here too. Teachers here now have more inspections than just about any other job---subject inspections, individual inspections, unannounced inspections, whole school inspections...The results are on the web

And under the new Teaching Council rules they can be sacked for under-performance
