So I have been having some Xbox live issues but I want to rule out any issues with my UPC connections

    I should be on a 200mb connection
I think my signal to noise is ok, but I have no idea about the power level values
    Any feedback would be appreciated
    Thanks

Hate to break it to you but they are dreadful stats, two of your upstream channels aren't even sync'ing. The downstream power is also way high (this would ideally be between +/- 8 with 0 being ideal , upstream wants to be around 40. Have you splitters indoors / outside? If so that could be the problem. Try as direct a connection to the external tap as possible and see how it looks, if it's still bad it's elsewhere on the network, otherwise it's your cabling (too many splits or frayed cable), might be worth a call to UPC in any event as they may fix the cabling for free.

So this is modem directly to the wall

Power Level: Signal to Noise Ratio:
    Channel 1: 1.5 dBmV 42.6 dB
    Channel 2: 1.8 dBmV 43.2 dB
    Channel 3: 1.9 dBmV 42.5 dB
    Channel 4: 1.0 dBmV 41.9 dB
    Channel 5: -0.9 dBmV 40.6 dB
    Channel 6: -0.7 dBmV 40.8 dB
    Channel 7: -1.5 dBmV 40.7 dB
    Channel 8: -2.6 dBmV 39.5 dB

    Upstream Channels
    Power Level:
    Channel 1: 51.2 dBmV
    Channel 2: 46.8 dBmV
    Channel 3: 48.8 dBmV
    Channel 4: 46.8 dBmV

    Seems much better correct?

Yup a lot better, you can see all of your up streams have synced for a start but it's still a bit on the high side, downstream power also better but still a fair deviation between lowest and highest. I wonder if there is another split outside, is the cable new or old? Older runs may have more splits as old services were less susceptible to noise but modern docsis broadband is a bit more finniky. You should be fine as you are but if you notice drops I'd get onto UPC and have them check the wiring.

Cable was put in new about 3 years ago (back when UPC were doing the 50mb offerings)

Ill keep an eye on it thanks!
