    Friend who's not on boards is thinking of renting a place on School Road in Castlegar. Anyone live there or know what the area is like? Any red flags or big reasons not to live there??

    Hope he doesn't have kids / pets.
    It's a v dangerous road everybody speeds on it.
    Other that it's a lovely spot with a good elevated view
