Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This reminds me of a comment (cannot remember source) that if runners had any idea of what was going on in their legs when they ran no one would ever get out of bed.

great pic. Easy to see why you cant stretch the ITB given its stucture

The ITB is very dense tendon alright good pic.

Stretching this is very difficult near impossible.

So many people foam rolling it, which may be of benefit but very painful.
I think would be better to concentrate on the muscle at top end (i.e. tensor fascia latae and glut maximus)

I hope so. Otherwise some medic picked a strange place to get the ink going in their biro.
