cosmetic surgeon in Carlow?

hi guys I'm wondering if you know of a cosmetic surgeon or something similar in Carlow. I basically have what I believe to be tiny cysts, only a couple, and want to just get them removed for confidence. I went to the doctor and he said as they are cosmetic he wont refer me,. so if anyone can help please do!!!
