Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How long did it take for your orders to change from "preparing for shipment" to "shipped", mine has been preparing for shipment the last day and a half?

  • Registered Users Posts: 38 jimbooooo

9 long painful days at "preparing to despatch". Got the "shipped" email today.. What's the timescales like from here.?

So it's official. TNT are the slowest courier company in history. The delivery is still in Arnhem. So it looks like it stays well over 24 hrs in each location before moving on. So it's looking like Monday 13th for delivery at this rate. Very poor indeed. :(

This is normal for all UPS packages to go this route to Ireland.

I'm starting to have my doubts about Monday. They're glacially slow compared to UPS.

So, had to go to the shop at some stage yesterday and typically UPS called while I was gone. Was gutted. But, fair play to them I got it this morning. UPS guy told me his van was full of iPhones to get delivered.

Love it so far but the screen protector I got doesn't cover the full screen and is irritating my OCD.

Haha I was just out of the building going to the post office to send my old phone, and saw a UPS truck parking a few buildings away. Got back inside and waiting for my turn :-D (almost asked the driver for my phone but I though I might find it strange ...)

Still nothing, maybe I should have harassed the driver after all! ;-) (he was literally delivering something at the building next door)
