Remove Webspade Ads from computer

Hi lads,

Google Chrome on My laptop seems to have become corrupted with 'webspades' ads. Every time I open a page there are ads popping up all over the place and if I try to close them it just opens up spam like 'penis enlargement' and 'private chat with girls in my area' and things like that.

I tried googling how to get rid of them. Most suggestions are to download a spyware software but in my experience these are riddled with viruses aswell. I tried deleting chrome completely but this didnt work because when I reinstalled it the same was happening. I have deleted all traces of it in my computer.

Any ideas on how to remedy this? Its driving me insane

It still kinda sucks knowing these kind of things were even installed on ones computer though.
