    1. which is better for a website four slider images or fixed images in the header that appear on all pages.
    2. Do you put the same meta name keywords and content and meta name descriptions and content on each page or do you change them about.
    3. whats the best way to make a website mobile responsive.
    4. What should you include in a page title.

Thanks a million for any help and apologies if they stupid questions Im new to all this.

    1. if the picture/s is pertinent to your business, informative and encourages interaction from a visitor, then either. If it is just there to look pretty then probably not the best use of the space.

    2. generally do not bother with meta keywords. meta description should be factual and informative about that particular page.
It will often appear in the search engine descriptions and it is what will encourage a potential visitor to click to your site rather than some other.

    3. Use the correct markup and css so that it is. Lots of books or courses online to learn from.

    4. Unique and relevant to the page. " Home", "Product" might be unique on your site but not really useful to anybody. so if you sell blue widgets then title would be on lines of Blue Widgets by XXX.

No questions are stupid unless you ignore the answers.

    Little rant here
If this is a business site remember it is the gateway to your business and the first impression for many of your customers. A badly set up site may not even get many visitors at all and for those that do visit ...
If you are doing your site in the evenings and weekends as a learning experience, and are not worried about the potential customers you are missing ....
If you are doing it in work hours instead of working, weigh up the actual cost of using work/earning time doing it yourself against having it done effectively.
    Rant over

1 Try to avoid using sliders on homepages, they might look fancy but perform poorly.

2 No meta keywords, they only have negative potential value.

3 If you are doing only this website, ie. not really in the web dev/des realm, you should be able to avoid the overhead of learning stuff like css, html etc. by using WordPress or similar with a Responsive Design theme. Changing an already existing site to make it responsive is rarely less than complicated especially for a novice.

4 ^what he said using 60 characters or less.

Meta Titles are one of the highest ranking factors, that is where you insert your keywords. Not too many though as this constitutes keyword stuffing = Google no like you anymore.

Use this tool to see how your meta title and descriptions will appear in search results.
