Magnesium Supplementation

    Hi, I'm taking magnesium along with my multivitamin since the multivitamin I have has low magnesium. I'm taking it mainly for its cognitive properties.

    I've read online that the best time to take magnesium is before bed, but I kind of feel that I'm wasting it by doing this, as I'm not doing any thinking while asleep and I'm studying throughout most of the day. Will most of the magnesium leave my body in the morning? Should I take it during the day to ensure that I'm not magnesium deficient during the day?
