What is this shadow posting on my account? I tried to make a payment online with my debit card and it failed twice now I have no money in my account as the two payments have shadow posted How long do I have to wait for this fake payment to be credited to my account

Shadow posting can happen if a payment is voided or cancelled at a point of sale after we have authorised it. It can take five working days to be corrected on the system and be removed from your account. Please check your account in the coming days for this to be corrected.
