Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can have all the attacking talent in the world, but if you can't do the basics defensively then you'll be found out.

More the mentality of the team, yet again no composure when up against it, expecting everything just to work out.

Defence all over the place could tell Leicester where digging in and United s defence not able for it.

    Need big response now!

Clattenberg imposing himself on another game. It's why he is such a poor ref.

Vardy on raf was shoulder to shoulder. Then rafael challenged from behind. A borderline decision IMO.

I switched over to the F1 for 5 minutes. Wtf has happened!?

This will show if Utd have turned a corner, if they can still win this game.
Under SAF you would bet your house on it.

You can have the best defence in the world but you cant legislate for moronic refereeing.

Absolute scutter. Vardy pushed out with his arm. Raf was also in the wrong let me add.

Are shoulder to shoulders still allowed? Genuine question, god knows FIFA change it so often.

Rafaels challenge was not the same as Vardy's, as someone said earlier. If shoulders are stil, allowed then fair game if not then should have been disallowed, naive barges in the back are definitely not allowed.

People saying it was his arm, it wasnt, the armis an after movement of most shoulders.

At the best but I can see why it was given. No team would be happy if the decision went against them though.

Leicester have United on the ropes now, hilarious how United have gone from cruising to collapse over the space of 5 minutes

Time for Rooney to show why he was made captain and to justify being played at #10 today...

Borderline decision for the penalty. Rafael should not have made a challenge in the box but he is a defensive liability and it's not the first time he's cost Utd.

A complete cock up in defence by Utd for the third.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,026 ✭✭✭duffman13

Keep the ball for 5 mins and take the sting out of it. Plenty of time left

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,017 ✭✭✭Chagan

    Blind calling for calm. Sensible

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,136 ✭✭✭✭How Soon Is Now

Fair play to Leicester they really know to give it a go ffs!

United need to settle the game down because there's just a huge Gap in defence the game is there to be won for either side.

Rafael's tackle was in the back of Vardy alright and playing away those sort of things always seem to go against you. It was stupid of him to do that. Regardless of if he was fouled previously or not, refs often miss a tackle and then penalise the next. This one happened to lead to a penalty. Still his fault for making that tackle - and clatter's team fault for missing a blatant play on man not ball before that.

Having said that Blackett was very lucky not to be penalise for playing the man in the first half. Thought that was a penalty at the time. Haven't seen any replays though.

**** Strootman. 2 CB's in January please. And an RB who can defend.

  • Fair play to cambiasso he played well

Nah, it was a mental decision.
