Are most people lighting dry stoves already this season? Getting chilly here so going to light it this evening - is this early/late in the year to be lighting it? Just interested in peoples experience. Wondering if cause we like it so much we are lighting it earlier in the year than strictly necessary. (and thus using up…

Getting chilly here so going to light it this evening - is this early/late in the year to be lighting it? Just interested in peoples experience.

Wondering if cause we like it so much we are lighting it earlier in the year than strictly necessary. (and thus using up solid fuels supplies earlier than necessary)

I use a jumper end of October is soon enough to be lighting the stove.
