Who do I send assignment request to?

    I need to leave my rented accommodation, I want to assign my lease to someone else but I'm not sure who to send the request to assign to, the ll or the letting agent in charge of the property?

    Who do you deal with,landlord or agent? Have you found tenants that you wish you reassign the lease to ?

    Mostly with the agent, i havent found one yet i intend to start looking once they agree to me assigning it.
