Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bus Éireann complaints

I had an experience caused by Bus Éireann incompetence which I feel the need to send a registered complaint about, something which I've never had to do with any company, ever. The thing is, I don't know where to send it. Would it go to the Broadstone HQ or would it be the local garage that (was meant to) run the bus?

Try the Regional Manager first, then if no joy try the Business Development Manager.
