    The wifes mother wants to send money from Lithuania. What would be the best way?
    Cashiers cheque?

    Thanks for your post.

    Cheque's from Lithuania may take 4 - 6 weeks to clear. It will be faster to do an international transfer. 

    You will need to provide your mother in law with an IBAN & BIC/ Swift code to transfer into.
