    Bad decision imo, decisions like this that reduce the cost of home ownership is only going to help reinflate the bubble that got us into this mess.

    Property tax cut. Tax cut by 15% in Dublin. Surely it just be raised by other taxes.
    The cities will take in more than they currently get from central governments and 20% will be giving to other counties which removed the local part of the Tax do they can cut it without feeling the full affect if the cut

    Yeah because the circa €100 average a dublin property owner will now save annually will cause havoc in terms of creasting a property bubble :rolleyes::rolleyes:
