I am happy enough with my health insurance with VHI except for the cost of out patient diagnostic tests and scans. I had not realised you could have more that one health insurance policy at the same time.

What I am looking for information on, is it possible to have a policy that just covers diagnostic tests and scans and if so which health insurance is the best value with the least amount of excess on the policy.
