The pace seems to be slowing considerably. Lelisa and Kipsang haven't moved a step in 3 minutes.

    They fixed it thank god.

Not the two men I'd have picked to be top two!

Wozniacki through 17 miles with average pace of 7.47. Be interesting to see if she fades.

I was going to let you finish close, but not after that!

Enjoyed both of those races, men's was never in doubt, women's was a little more interesting.

Tnx, I'm pretty certain he was entered.

Wozniacki gone through 20 miles. Still holding pace fairly well.
I think she was meant to be getting married today.

She looks comfortable. Camera was on her for awhile.

Kipsang was on a half million bonus if he won, no bonus for Desisa. I was waiting to see if they'd do a deal. When Desisa came alongside Kipsang said "ok so, 50 grand". Desisa said "sound, boss" and eased right off.
    Fact

Someone said earlier her longest run was 13 miles. Given her times I doubt it.

She said she hadn't run for any longer than 1hr 45mins at one time. I also struggle to believe this is true given her finishing time, and especially considering there was less than a minute between her fastest & slowest mile. Seems to me like she trained a little harder/better than she's letting on.

I would think so too. Given it was meant to be her big day, she might not have wanted to have a bad race and trained well without it being known.
I don't think the average tennis player would need/have endurance fitness like that.

She could be an untrained 3:0x marathon runner who ran within herself to get around for all we know. 3:26 isn't exactly lightning fast.
