OK , i have a few different items i want to put into a half sleeve/ chest piece , but im not sure how to get them all in and make it look right, One is a date ,one is a close up of someones eye ,and one is a family coat of arms, Would anyone recommend a artist who would be good at helping me arrange the different items…

It really depends on the style of tattoo you're looking for. Have a look at some portfolios online (there's threads here with links), find some artists you like and approach them with your ideas.
