    I ordered bank accont statements from m local branch 11 days ago now is this time frame normal or should i have recieved them already?

    When you order copy bank statements you should receive these to your postal address within 5 to 7 working days. As this time frame has lapsed, we would suggest that you contact your local branch where a representative will be more than happy to provide you with an update on your request. As we do not have account access through this channel, we are unable to check this for you here.
