How much would you typically expect to pay for a composite hall door for a semi d in Dublin? Got a quote today and I was shocked at the price but I don't have a clue what's an average price. Thanks

Thanks for replying. Two front bay windows, one small bathroom and Apeer hall door for over four grand. I don't know what the u value means. Could you give me some advice on what I should be asking. I have never bought windows before. Thanks

I have two more companies calling to me. I had never even heard of a composite door. They seem to be quite expensive. Are they the best option?

it essentially just a door that has a insulation core.

what is the U-value you are being quoted?
