Proper running shoes

    Hey,

    I used to do quite a lot of running a few years ago, but only getting back into it now. I found myself getting shin splints quite a lot and I've heard proper running shoes could aid this...

    Any recommendations? I'm not stuck for dosh, I'd pay good money for good quality shoes, but obviously the cheaper the better!

    Any help appreciated
