Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Need help identifying Alternator (PLEASE)

    Guys i have a alternator,and it isnt charging,seems like the brushes are gone,but i am not sure what brushes to get,there is no info on the cover,but under the cover it says Lucas H,I uploaded a few pics of the alternator,Any help would be great guys.Also its a 12v alternator

    Looks like an alternator from a Mini? It certainly shares the same housing, pulley and connectors. The same one was fitted to many BL cars over the years, and some Ford stuff. See here for pictures of a new one. If so, these are your brushes.
