    Hi Guys/Gals!

    Would anyone be able to recommend a good Gym for strength training in the Dublin 7 area? Preferably one that has a monthly membership option, helpful staff etc.

    The Hercules club on Lurgan Street. There's no staff as such but plenty of very strong helpful people!

    D1 Gym on charles lane beside mountjoy square would be worth a look too.
