    Hi,

    I'm about to sell my apartment and have been shopping around for a solicitor. Any that I have found charge a % of the sale price, I'm looking for one who has a flat fee.

    If anyone has a recommendation of a solicitor they used, preferably based in Dublin 14/16/18 or close by, could you please PM me their details.
